It seems most of our customers have done a good job selecting the service option right for them as we have had few overage charges. We are asked often - "How many chats will I get monthly with this service?". The simple answer is, that it totally depends on how you use the service. If you push a lot of images and web pages you won't do as well; on the other hand if most of your chats are text based you could get 800 or more chats daily with the light version alone. Assess your usage based on what know about your site's traffic patterns and select the option that best suits your site and your budget. It is easy to upgrade if needed.
