 Screen Shot One - Administration Interface - Main Setup Area
After logging in to the Admin Interface using your user name and password, you are presented with the above browser view. From here you will have access to the nine administration functions, their sub-functions and the support operator login. From here you can access these functions - create/edit departments, credit edit operators, log reporting and stats, knowledge base integration, customization features, HTML code generation and more.
